A TGC I have acquired throughout this assignment is lifelong learning. Going into this assignment, I had little to no knowledge about the Covid-19 interventions in spaces. All I knew was a few minor things were changed to ensure safety but after researching more about these spaces, I now understand the amount of thought needed for interventions. Another TGC I acquired was interpersonal skills. I realised that some of my teammates were good at making the document look nice whilst others were good at compiling information. I then delegated tasks based on their strengths.
