Movie poster

We were assigned to create 2 movie poster drafts on 1 a4 paper, followed by a final movie poster on an a3 paper. We were to include the following things in the poster such as a human figure, a man made element, a natural element and lettering.

The movie poster i created aims to showcase a thriller/ horror movie type feeling by showing a figure in the shadows peeking at their neighbour while they are changing. The colour scheme chosen was dark and moody to represent the night.

This assignment was enjoyable as we had no limitations. We could make a movie poster based on anything we felt like, from a comedy to a horror film. As I personally prefer physical work over digital, it was a good opportunity to practice my drawing and colouring skills at the same time.
