Assignment 1

The first assignment of the semester focuses on students analysing other architects works. Students are given a specific building by a chosen architect, and students are required to produce a site plan, floor Plans, sections, elevations, perspectives as well as diagrams. The main goals for students are to achieve the ability to recognise architects and their works, the ability to translate the analysis into architectural diagrams and the ability to create basic architectural compositions of solids, planes, lines and frames.
